In his career spanning across 23 years he has worked in diverse industries starting from livestock, FMCG, chemicals and construction, worked with diverse cultures within and outside India. With a proven track record of leading and managing multi-cultural teams, multi-national teams, he has been a member of the Management Committees of large MNCs in the past 13 years.
